  • Spend time with our clients gathering the information that we need on the position, the company, and the qualifications sought in a candidate.
  • Formulate job descriptions and create a profile/screening formula.
  • Use our considerable search resources, novel techniques, and cutting-edge sourcing methods, we locate ideal candidates for the role.

  • Meet all compliance and regulatory requirements. This includes conducting on-boarding procedures including drug screens, background checks, and other related vetting procedures, prior to commencing a contract.
  • Provide in-house time-sheet and payroll processing – collecting necessary time and expense documentation from active consultants and following client-specific procedures in approval and billing.
  • Able to hire talent on both W-2 and 1099’s as per the requirements of our clients. Our aim is to provide a streamlined and cost-effective solution to your workforce needs.
  • Utilize our deep industry penetration, relationships with professional organizations, universities and top educational institutions to procure the most suitable candidate for the job requirement in the shortest possible time.
  • Encourage our talent acquisition team to foster a relationship with our existing pipeline of candidates and any newly introduced candidate that have the skills, positive attitude and fortitude to passionately work within the realm for which they are trained and skilled.
  • Active referral program in place to directly source talent from trusted candidates that understand consulting needs of our clients.
